Communications Plan Draft v0.2, updated 2011-11-07 This document establishes standard methods and means for the Encinitas Community Emergency Response Teams (ECERT) to communicate with ECERT members and other parties.
Amateur radio operators are encouraged to participate in the Coastal CERT Nets, held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00 PM. We start on the Del Mar repeater 446.880 – (114.8 PL) and then move over to 146.550 (simplex).
